Charles E. Brouse, III

I first started to get involved with Information Technology in the early
80's when I took courses in programming at Calvert Hall College High School. In
the late 80's, I furthered my education at The University of Maryland
Baltimore County where I received a Bachelors of Science degree in Information
Systems with a focus on Systems Analysis and Design. In the mid 90's, I
started my IT consulting career in Baltimore, Maryland with Cap Gemini America
(known today as Sogeti) to begin working on a project for Alexander & Alexander.
Over the course of the next few years, I accepted positions with PKW
Associates, Inc. and then with the Software Consortium, Inc. to take lead roles
on important development efforts that were about to begin with companies such as
Aon, Nations Bank, Alex Brown, Maryland Casualty Insurance Company, and the Anne
Arundel County Government. In 1998, I formed CEB Information Systems in
partnership with Sean J. Livingston and quickly grew to a size of 10+ people. In 2001, the partnership
was dissolved and I became the sole owner of CEB Information Systems. Not many years later, Sean was
killed in a motorcycle accident and impacted the lives of everyone who knew him. His contributions
to CEB Information Systems were major and will not be forgotten.
Becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional in the early 90's, I personally support Microsoft,
Inc. In the past few years I have provided services to the Washington
Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (METRO), Zurich North America, Thompson
Prometric, Lockheed Martin, the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory, CIMA,
the Social Security Administration, California Closets and the Farmers
Insurance Group providing them with the software they need - often utilizing
Microsoft technologies.
In 2010, I accepted a position with TecSec, Inc. to provide a leadership role in the ongoing development,
finalization, and packaging of the company's encryption based products. I am no longer taking on new projects, but am
still available to service my current and past customers.
