Charles E. Brouse, III
President and Chief Executive Officer
Charles first started to get involved with Information Technology in the early
80's when he took courses in programming at Calvert Hall College High School.
In the late 80's, Charles furthered his education at The University of Maryland
Baltimore County where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Information
Systems with a focus on Systems Analysis and Design. In the mid 90's, Charles
started his IT consulting career in Baltimore, Maryland with Cap Gemini America
(known today as Sogeti) to begin working on a project for Alexander &
Alexander. Over the course of the next few years, Charles accepted positions
with PKW Associates, Inc. and then with the Software Consortium, Inc. to take
lead roles on important development efforts that were about to begin with
companies such as Aon, Nations Bank, Alex Brown, Maryland Casualty Insurance
Company, and the Anne Arundel County Government. In 1998, Charles incorporated
and formed CEB Information Systems, Inc. (CEBIS).
As a Microsoft Certified Professional, Charles personally supports Microsoft,
Inc. and still enjoys taking Microsoft Certification Exams to keep his skills
current. In the past few years Charles has provided services to the Washington
Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (METRO), Zurich North America, Thompson
Prometric, Lockheed Martin, the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory, CIMA,
the Social Security Administration, California Closets and the Farmers
Insurance Group providing them with the software they need - often utilizing
Microsoft technologies.
Today, Charles is the still the President and Chief Executive Officer of CEBIS
and still maintains a primary role in the company's software development
efforts. Charles also decided to get CEBIS involved with The National
Arbor Day Foundation in an attempt to give something back to the global
community.
